Generation Parent was developed to aid parents
in navigating the complexities of their relationship with their children
for a more productive and positive outcome.

 Parent coaching is for parents of children
between the ages of 1 and 21.

Sessions are one hour long
except for Session 1,
and may include
the following topics:


 
 1. Introductory session to obtain history, 
         issues and to determine course of
            action
(one and one half hours) 
 2. Communication
 3. Discipline
 4. Self-esteem and Developing Your Child's
        Strengths
 5. Peer Relationships, Dating and Sexuality
 6. Child Safety--Real World and Virtual
 7. School/Education/Learning Issues
 8. Sibling Rivalry
 9. Step-parenting
10. Challenges Living in This Community and Time
        (dealing with stress, competition, etc.)
11. Transitional Issues--from elementary to high
        school, from high school to college or
            from college to career
12. Parenting the child with ADD/ADHD
13. Parenting the gifted child
14. Other topics as desired,e.g.grandparenting,
        launching from the parental home...

COACHING FOR YOUNG ADULTS 
is also available on an hourly basis.
